Conditions of Use

All phones, otherwise specified, are factory refurbished, grade A+ factory tested and checked. Each phone is being checked prior to shipping to the end sale customer. We guarantee that all our products are free of blemishes, defects and damages at the time of shipping.

Defective Items

Customer should email us within 7 days of receiving shipment and request RMA number. Returned item must be received within 14 days after RMA Number is issued. Return item must be accompanied with original invoice and original packing, also mark RMA number on the box.
Defective item will be replaced with a new item.

Returns

In case of return the customer must email us and request RMA number for the returning item. All refunds are subject of 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Items returned without RMA number or after 30 days will not be accepted. We provide refund if you’re not satisfied with our product, but we can refund only the purchase price. If you are not agree with these terms, please do not purchase.

Warranty

For most of our products we provide 6 months  limited warranty, based on original invoice date.
